We proudly source only the highest grade BLANTS activated charcoal—crafted from organic coconut shells. No additives, no anti-cake, colours or flavours. This powerhouse of natural detox support is trusted for both internal and external use in wellness routines around the world.

What is Activated Charcoal?
Activated charcoal is a fine black powder with a high surface area, allowing it to bind to toxins, chemicals, and gases in the body or on the skin, helping to safely eliminate them. It’s been used since primal times to assist in natural healing for digestive issues, detoxification, and topical applications.

Internal Uses & Benefits:

Upset or Sore Tummy – Helps calm the gut by absorbing irritants.

Diarrhea & Vomiting – Binds to toxins or bacteria that may be causing symptoms.

Detox Support – Excellent for gentle cleansing after alcohol, processed foods, or pesticide exposure.

Gas & Bloating – Reduces discomfort by absorbing gas in the digestive tract.

Daily Toxin Mop-Up – Occasionally used to help flush out environmental or food-based toxins.

How to Use Internally:

Powder – Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in water or lemon water. Drink quickly, and follow with a full glass of water.

Acute Symptoms – Use up to 2 teaspoons per day during digestive upset or suspected mild poisoning (with professional guidance).

Important Timing Notice:
Activated charcoal should be taken at least 1.5 to 2 hours away from food, supplements, or medication, as it can bind to nutrients and reduce their absorption.

External Uses & Benefits:

Teeth Whitening – Dip a wet toothbrush in charcoal powder and gently brush for 1–2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Face Masks & Skin Detox – Mix with a small amount of water or honey to create a detoxifying face mask. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse off.

Poultices for Bites & Cuts – Mix charcoal with coconut oil or aloe and apply directly to:

Insect bites

Bee stings

Spider bites

Minor cuts, scrapes, or foot wounds

Charcoal helps draw out toxins and reduce the risk of infection. Cover with gauze and reapply as needed.

Disclaimer:
Always consult a health professional before internal use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications. Do not use in place of medical treatment for serious poisoning or infection.
